Payment Policies
Dark Knight Electric LTD strives to create a prosperous, healthy, and long-lasting business environment for customers and employees. To achieve this, we have made the decision to amend our Terms for Payment effective August 1, 2023.
Our Terms for Payment are as follows:
Minimum 1 hour charge for Service Calls and After Hour Calls.
All Jobs are billed from the Batcave.
Credit Card (hold) / Debit / E Transfer Deposits for ALL Service Calls and Jobs (10% nonrefundable unless we cancel). Deposit amounts as follows:
o Castor: $500.00
o Coronation/Halkirk/Alliance: $700.00
o Everywhere else: $1,000.00
All deposits will be topped up as work proceeds.
Estimates not in writing will be $50.00 plus travel ($50.00 refundable upon acceptance of estimates)
Material to be paid for prior to start of Job.
Special orders will need to be paid for in full prior to orders being placed (50% Non-Refundable plus restock fee).
Items left outside for “After Hours Pick Up” will need to be paid in full prior to being left out.
Email addresses will be required for Estimates and Invoices.
